How do Business Owners love themselves?

Very few people, if any, will disagree that the rate of change in the world is unprecedented. So, if we want to be successful in life – business & personal – we must be able to exercise our ability to embrace change and cope with the unexpected. A great starting point is to set ego aside. Admit you don’t know it all. You have a knowledge ceiling that will never go away, simply because what worked till now, won’t work tomorrow. The latter has become a cliché, but why do we have cliché’s…? Because they are true.

I am not a Plan B, C, etc. person. Alternative plans take away from focus – 100% of effort is not given to Plan A, because there is always Plan B.

When putting together any plan is done correctly (think scenario planning…), it considers issues of Plans B, C, etc. So, when, and they will, issues of Plans B, C, etc. arise, you are already prepared. At least for what you could think of and knew about.

The future will be about value.

We want value in return for what we give – Money and Time.

When we view everything in life as a problem/pain/discomfort, it is easy to see that we are always looking for someone/something to solve/take away our problem/pain/discomfort.

Some problem/pain/discomfort = shelter, food, water, clothes, transport, love.

We need Time and Money for them all.

The beggar wants value for their Time…

Time is never the problem/pain/discomfort

We all have 24 hours in every day, till we die.

Many people don’t realise that the way they spend their Time is the reason they don’t and never will have many of their problem/pain/discomfort resolved.

Not having a plan = not knowing how to best spend Time.

Applies to Businesses and individuals.

When I don’t have Money, I can get it.

The best way – history has proven – to get money is to get it yourself. Earn it. Work for it. Solve someone’s problem/pain/discomfort.

Another cliché – teach a person to fish…

You don’t need a degree to start.

You need a plan.

A plan that involves how to spend your Time, to get what you need and then what you want. In that order.

Love yourself (sounds strange…?), take care of yourself.

Best way to do it?

Have a plan to spend your Time to get Money.

And remember, we spend Time to get Money to spend Time…
