We think you’ll find that six or seven heads are better than one. We’re here to act as a sounding board – an alternative set of eyes, ears and minds. The monthly advisory boards provide a valuable opportunity for you to step away from your everyday routine and talk with like-minded business owners.
This enables you to build a better business and make better decisions through shared experience and collective wisdom. Facing challenges together, we help you to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
Business Coaching
You will have monthly private one-to-one sessions with your TAB facilitator who will help you to fall back in love with your business and feel that sense of excitement and anticipation that you felt at the beginning. You will reconnect with your personal purpose and what you want to achieve out of life. It might be to mature your business so that it thrives even when you are absent, or it might be to achieve the exit strategy that will set you and your family for retirement. Our job is to keep you on track to achieve those goals. At each session, we will also help you identify the single most important strategic challenge you face, and one that requires the perspectives of your fellow Board members. You can expect to become a far more effective leader and grow in confidence with each session.

Business Owner Advisory Boards
Where can you get truly independent and experienced advice from seasoned professionals on how to bring your business to the next level? Our business advisory boards bring together business owners from non-competing sectors in a group setting – similar to a board of directors. As part of a TAB Board, you and your fellow members will help one another identify opportunities and solve the challenges that you each face in your own companies. Boards meet monthly – the same groups of specially chosen non-competing business leaders. Discussions are expertly facilitated by your certified TAB facilitator. You will give, and receive, candid real-world advice and gain fresh perspectives on important matters you bring to the Board. The bonds of trust and friendship that build between you, combined with the commitments you make to your fellow members, will set you on a business journey that is far more productive and satisfying compared to when you go it alone.
