the process. I will help by introducing you to an ADVISORY BOARD of business owners who work together to improve each other’s businesses.

WHY I DO IT
Whilst in my corporate job, I dealt with suppliers and companies, whose business owners often struggled to make targets, had no time and were overwhelmed. After I left my corporate job, I became a business owner and faced these same things.

I am passionate about and strongly believe in people growth by mentoring and coaching, I did this throughout my career and later as a business owner. An ADVISORY BOARD is the ideal environment to get exceptional value in this regard for business owners.

WHO AM I
In my corporate career, in various management positions I held, I gained experience and expertise in all aspects of running a business. When I left and started my own business, I adapted and applied what i learned before, to conquer the challenges that all small business owners face daily. I became a consultant to SMME’s in an advisory and coaching role, and I’ve had the privilege to have worked with many SMME’s to help them build their businesses.

All of the above makes me ideally suited to working with business owners to facilitate ADVISORY BOARDS, where they can exchange ideas with each other and mentor and assist each other to grow personally and their businesses.

HOW DO I DO IT
I own and operate The Alternative Board® (TAB) in Gauteng (based in Ekurhuleni). TAB helps forward thinking business owners increase profits and improve their lives by leveraging local business advisory boards while using proprietary strategic tools. I will introduce you to an open minded, future oriented, ADVISORY BOARD of peers who work collectively to advise each other in all aspects of improving their
businesses.”
